Fee amounts are in Australian dollars. Full and student registration fees cover the technical program, welcome receptions, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily, gala dinner, programme booklet, and e-proceedings.

Cancellation of Registration Deadline: 15 Oct 2026

Written notification is required for cancellations. Cancellations for registrations made by 15 Oct 2026 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, you registration may be transferred to another person by 10 Oct 2026 without incurring any cost penalty. The Organising Committee retains the authority to make the decision regarding cancellations in different situations on an individual basis.
