Abstract Submission

*Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. The abstract should provide a concise summary of the presentation, highlighting the key contributions and significance of the work. It must include the full name, affiliation, and email address of all authors. The presenting author should be indicated with an asterisk.

The abstract template can be downloaded from the website. Abstracts must be submitted via EasyChair only. Email submissions will not be accepted.

EasyChair Submission Instructions:

  1. If you do not have an EasyChair account, please create one at: https://easychair.org/.
  2. After creating your account, go to the ISLIEE2026 submission page: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isliee2026
  3. Log in to EasyChair.
  4. Click Make a New Submission.
  5. Enter author information, title, keywords, and abstract.
  6. Submit online.

Full Paper Submission (Optional)

*Full paper submission is optional. Please note the accepted full papers will not be published or indexed. It will be included in the conference e-proceedings for conference communication.

Authors who wish to submit a full paper may do so via the EasyChair submission system. Email submissions will not be accepted.

Call for Special Session

A special session or mini-symposium focuses on a specific topic relevant to the conference. Each special session consists of at least six presentations, and a mini-symposium comprises at least two special sessions. Participants interested in organising a special session or mini-symposium are invited to submit a proposal via email as early as possible.

The proposal should include: (1) session title; (2) organiser(s); and (3) a list of potential speakers. A session with six presentations is eligible for one invited speaker, as determined by the session organisers, and a 50% waiver of one registration fee for the session organiser(s).

Session organisers will collect the abstracts and forward them to the organising committee at ISLIEE2026@curtin.edu.au by 15 May 2026
